The game doesn't work and no one will reply to me

I have downloaded a game (SIMS 3) and now it wont open. I have tried everything but nothing is working. I've tried multiple times and multiple different ways to get in contact with Origin or EA but no one is replying to me. I have emailed, phoned, gone on the help desk. it costed me £9:99. Please can someone reply and help me.

@montythemug  I'm not sure where you originally posted, but it looks like your thread was only moved to the Sims 3 section a few hours ago.  So sorry for the late response.


When you say the game isn't working, what exactly happens when you try to open it?  Where in the process does it fail, do you see any error messages, that kind of thing.  Have you ever been able to play, and where did you originally buy it?  (I take it you're trying to launch through Origin.)  Let me know, and I'll try to help.


I don't work for EA. I'm just trying to help fellow players with their games.
