I can't reinstall the Sims 4

@phoeberoselee How does the reinstall fail? Do you get an error message? 

You should be able to log into Origin using the same account you were using previously, then check the My Games section. There should be a Sims 4 panel there, click that to get the option to download. 

There are a few things that can go wrong with the install process, so if you can provide some more detail we can help point you in the right direction.
