The Sims 4 [ Edited ]

Hi my name is Omar And I bout the sims 4 and I installed it on my computer with right code which is -code removed, please don't post these publicly- and when it finished installing on my computer and I tried to play it, it gave me this message

We're Sorry, an error has occurred invalid licence. Reason code=Missing DLL:[msvcp120.dll] Error: 0x7E

What does that mean, I bought the sims 4 Game and I do have the reciet for it to prove the game is mine and it also excepted the seierl code to this game which let me install it on my computer and now its saying this **bleep**, please fix this for me ASAP, thankyou.

Please help me get this fixed or I want my money refunded, beacause this is my bought copy of The Sims 4 and I do have the reciet as proof of purchase, so if its not fixed ASAP, then I want my money back.

This should be easy enough to resolve.

  • 2. Click red download button
  • 3. Select vcredist_x86.exe and click next.
  • 4. Double click the downloaded file from your browser downloads and proceed with the installation. 

Note that I removed your code, anything you write here is publicly visible.
