The Sims 4 won't install.

I brought the game with a disk and I opened the disk on desktop but nothing was working, so i took it to myself to try and install just by redeeming it on origin however it kept coming up with an error messages saying how Windows needs to agree to something before it can install. So I tried the disk again and it actually worked this time. The process was that it would install origin and then install the game, but because i already had the game on origin from earlier it won't install the rest if the game... Help please.
