The Sims 4 will not install from disc, wants me to download instead?

I played the 2 day trial version of The Sims 4 and was impressed so we purchased it today in store. I installed both discs, and it refuses to let me play. Origin says the "Game time has ended" and I need to purchase it through its program and won't allow my registration code I have in my case to work. They won't reply to any help emails either, does anyone know what to do? I tried uninstalling origin first and it still did it...

The game needs to be activated through Origin. Perhaps the trial version is blocking the game from activating. Did you use a the same Origin account? As this is a public forum for users by users accounts can not be accessed here. You need to contact EA customer service directly at EA customer service to resolve this issue.
