Could you try updating your graphics drivers. Either through the Nvidia Experience or directly from the Nvidia site: https://www.geforce.com/drivers

My brother bought me the deluxe version of the Sims 4 on his brand new PC, and automatically when its done downloading it says that my video driver isn't up to date. And so my brother updates is and it completely downloads and I try and run Sims again but it was bringing up the same issue. So I just wanna know how to update the video driver for my brothers computer so that way I can play sims.
