I'm having the same video card error. I've not only tried to update all my softwares until my computer is up to date (I havent played since March or so and before that the game was working well.) I've even deleted more and more of my data and downloads and everything I can from my computer because I thought perhaps I had too much stuff! But it wont play and everything is all up to date. I thought maybe it's my PC but this thing is only a year old. Somebody help me, please!

I have had no problem installing and playing Sims 3 on my laptop. I go to download Sims 4, and after it finally installed I go to play it, and I get a pop up saying the following....
Unable to start:
Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed.

I ran a DxDiag report as well: http://pastebin.com/na8fUxnJ
I've been at this for like 3 hours now, could it be the fact I have Windows Vista 6?

That looks like a really old card. Can't say if it's supported or not.
Your Graphics drivers are from 2008.
Check here if there are ANY newer drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us

That chipset is not supported by the game.
If you have a laptop, it's not possible to upgrade. You might wanna try get a refund for the game.

Me too I have a pretty old computer I'm wondering if the only way to play this would be to buy a new computer. I've looked at every solution on this site and others and no matter what I try it keeps giving me the same message.
