The Sims 4 unable to start.

For some reason, The sims 4 doesnt work any more on my computer despite the fact that 2 days ago I was able to play. It pops up an error window that says: unable to start because of graphic card incompatibility. This should not happen at all as I update my graphic card whenever possible and also do sims 4 updates whenever available.
