The Sims 4 not available yet

I pre-loaded the Sims 4, which became available an hour ago in Europe (I'm from Belgium) but my game says it won't be until September 5th at 1 AM. And I'm not gonna buy it again to play it now, so how can I play it without having to wait? I know the release date in the UK is September 5th but I'm not from the UK..
