The Sims 4 main menu glitch

OK, so this issue came in today. When I launch TS4 everything seems normal until I get to the main menu screen... the screen kinda shrinks (as you can see in the image) and I can't click on anything. I tried reinstalling the game and repairing it over Origin, but nothing seems to work. I simply can't get my TS4 to work. Can anyone PLEASE help me??

Would be good if you could post what kind of mac your using and what your MacOS is.

Can you go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file, then launch your game.

Ok. Can you try toggling between full screen and windowed mode? Hold down CTRL, CMD and F.
