The Sims 4 has stopped working

So I think I fixed the winmm.dll file by replacing it with the same one so now I don't get an error. But now I it stops working as soon as I click play. Here are the details if they are important.

@ThanniaB That file is from Microsoft Visual Studio 2013. The error 1033 usually refers to system corruption (either the file is corrupt or missing?). It could also reference problems in the registry. You can google it and try replacing it or google how to fix this issue. You could check Microsoft site how to fix the this issue. I think it is part of the Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable package. That is the run time package and should be downloadable. Did you just update this computer?
