The Sims 4 games won't SAVE [ Edited ]

Some reason it wont let me save any of my games after playing on them due to - error 0? which means I lose all my progress. I have no idea what to do and it really annoying. what do I do?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Laundry days, parenthood, get to work and different mods
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure that's why I need your help
What happens when the bug occurs? it doesn't allow me to save any of my sims games which means I lose all my progress
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it save
