The Sims 4 com problemas de linhas horizontais

The Sims 4 roda com linhas roxas, rosas e brancas e algumas imagens nem aparecem, dificultando a jogabilidade, meu PC atende os requisitos minimos, porém roda no ULTRA. Alguem  me ajuda??

At the moment EA Answer HQ is only supported in the following languages,

 English - All games

 French - BF3 / BF4 / FIFA 13 / FIFA 14 / FIFA 2014 World Cup Brazil / Origin / The Sims / SimCity / The Simpsons Springfield / Titanfall

 German - BF3 / BF4 / FIFA 13 / FIFA 14 / FIFA 2014 World Cup Brazil / FIFA Manager 14 / Origin / SimCity / The Sims 3 / Titanfall / EA Sports UFC

 Russian - BF4 / FIFA 2014 World Cup Brazil / Origin/ Titanfall / The Sims

 Spanish - BF4 / FIFA / Origin/ Titanfall / EA Sports UFC

The Following sections are only Fifa World:  Portuguese -   Italian -  Polish -  Turkish

Estava com o mesmo problema, pesquisei em inglês e descobri que precisava apenas atualizar o drive de video. Funcionou!!!!
