Hello I am very excited for The Sims 4 by the way,
I was looking under The Sims 4 FAQ on the Sims official website and I came across something that I would like to have explained a little bit better to me. One of the FAQ said "Does The Sims 4 require the Origin™ client to play?" and the response was "You will need an EA/Origin account to install the game. Once installed, you don't need to be online to play."
The computer I am able to play The Sims on does not have internet because it can only connect to the internet if hooked up to an internet device and I do not have one, so if I got The Sims 4 I would not be able to install it because I couldn't log into Origin without internet?
Sorry I am just getting clarification because I do not want to buy this game that I really wanted just to be let down into the fact that it does not work on my computer. The reason I can't play it on my internet laptop is because my laptop is really old and probably would not support the game or it would really lag the game badly.
If you could get back to me I would really appreciate it thanks mileyhappy:

This is not definite info but it should work the same way the newer sims 3 base games work.
This means:
Good Luck
