The Sims 4 Won't Launch

My game Sims 4 on Windows won't load, it will get to a the screen with the name but won't go any further. I have checked my internet and restarted origin and the game. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
