The Sims 4 Windows 10 gallery fail to download

I had been trying to download lots from gallery the past 1 month and it just kept prompting "Gallery fail to download. Please try again later".

I also tried to remove all my mods and restart the game still can't. I even delete and reinstall the whole game and it still doesn't let me download lots from gallery.

Can someone please please pleaseeee help me on this?

Hi @Meow1708

Have you checked if your antivirus or firewall are blocking the connection ? You might need to add thesims.com and origin.com as an exception.
