Update your driver here and you should be good to go!

Hello,
That card should be supported by the game. Do you have an integrated Intel graphics chip in your computer as well? Sometimes The Sims 4 decides to play on the underpowered integrated chips in people's computers, instead of a dedicated card.

Hello
Im sorry you are not able to play the game but here are some ideas!
You need to run catalyst (radeons software) and Radeon cards must be set to single display mode as well as optimal gaming mode for best game performance.
Please try this and let me know.

I am running catalyst and its set to single display mode, its saying Can't run the sims 4 with the video card in the system, but i have AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) and was told it should run on this.

Which card do you have exactly. I need you to uninstall any drivers taht are not current.
Also install the newest driver from this site: http://www.driverscape.com/download/amd-radeon-hd-6700-series
or
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU119Win8GPUDriverSupport.aspx
and restart.
Let me know if this works.
