The Sims 4 Get To Work won't work

Hey!

So, a long time ago I bought the Sims 4 Get To Work (physically at Walmart) and installed it. It worked whenever I played it and it was a lot of fun.

Then, I got busy with school so I didn't play it for a few months. When I went back to play it, it was no longer there.

I looked under the expansion packs and it said that I needed to buy it. I tried to type in the code for the game again but it says that the code has already been used!

Can somebody please help me get my expansion pack to work? I had to save up my money for a long time to get the game and I don't want to have to buy it again.

@fastgirl01 hey! Are you sure that you are logged into an account on which there is a game?

Are you tried cleared cache of Origin?

Close Origin and delete this folders (You must have hidden folders enabled):
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Origin\Origin
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Origin
C:\ProgramData\Origin
Run the program and wait checking files
