The Sims 4 Create-A-Sim Demo Mouse Problems

★★★ Novice

I have been very excited about this demo being released, so I downloaded it as soon as I could.

However, when I click on the icon and it loads up, I can't find my mouse on the screen. The mouse icon doesn't appear! Because of this, I have to move my mouse all around until it reaches the play button, which takes a while! In the actual demo, I was hoping it would work, but the sam problem arose, causing me to get very frustrated and eventually log off. I have restarted it several times and it is always the same!

Does anyone know any reasons why this is happening? If so, I would be very grateful!

(By the way, my laptop definally has enough memory for the game and has Windows 7 which is in the game requirements!)

Thank you!

This error is usually due to a combination of mouse trails and fullscreen mode. Try turning off either and see if it works.
