The Sims 4 Crashing in Plumbob Start Loading - Any Help?

[ Edited ]
★★★★ Guide

Hi guys.

I'm having great problem here and I becoming so much sad because of that.

1 - Opened Origin

2 - Run The Sims 4

3 - Start Loading

4 - Crash on Plumbob load and appear the message "Not Responding"

I just played the game once time yesterday and was going well in maximum graphics.

But the game stopped when I tried to open the Community Store to download Sims and Houses. After that my game didn't open again.

The game starts loading and stop when plumbob appears.

I don't know what to do.

PS: I tried ALL things recommended by this forum like Clean Boot, anti-virus, update of drives. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!

I had this problem earlier and yesterday. It finally worked only after repairing several dozen times but I don't want to bandage the problem. I'm not going to log on the community for a LONG time until there's a patch.

Do you perhaps have the Create A Sim Demo? Because it sounds like a confilict in there. I had the same problem with the freezing at the start.. Go to my documents/electronic arts/the sims 4 and open the folder TRAY.

Press CTRL A and then delete everything inside it.

It will go to your trashcan if you do not push the shift so it's safe in there.

The game will probably run now. It appears some of the Create A Sims demo files got corrupted somewheere.
