The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Download Issue

So I have this popped up on my computer screen and it's been a couple weeks since the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs came out and before it did I pre-ordered it, So I payed $50 for it and once I went to go download when it first cake out which was on the 10th of november now it's the 29th and I have tried so many times To install this game, it keeps on popping up with this and it's starting to get really annoying plus when I go into the Sims 4 game it shows that I already own it but yet I can't install it or download it?? Can someone please tell me how to fix this....?????

@34565279  Is your computer a pc or mac? Are you using any third party antivirus and/or ad blocker? Are you trying to download using WIFI?
