The Sims 4 64bit and 32bit issue

My computer is 64bit (said to be in the settings) but when I open sims 4 it gives me a warning that it is 32 and I should change the game from Origin to 32. The game still ran but my computer started heating so I closed it. What should I do?

Make sure to run the game on 32 bit. 

Right click the game in Origin > Game Properties > Advanced Launch Option > 32 bit.

Your computer probably isn't strong enough to run the game in 64 bit.
