Hi! I tried to repair the game. The error is still here
Moreover, for some reason I can not remove it and reinstall, after pressing "delete" - nothing happens. Because apparently EA app tries to run some program from Origin (which I deleted from my computer) to remove the game

That’s the upsetting part…

@EA_Cade I have exactly the same issue, and I've tried the solutions you've given but none of them work.

@EA_CadeYes. I tried to restore the app first and then the game but the error still appears

@vlamoric Please try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 3, this time installing into a new folder that you create specifically for this purpose.
I would suggest clean-uninstalling the EA App with Revo as well. I don't have a guide for that at the moment, but it should be fairly straightforward.
Once you reinstall the App, create a new folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. (I'm not totally sure whether this step is necessary, but it's simple enough to do.) Install Sims 3 and see whether it launches. To save time, you can install only the base game if you want. If the game does work, you can delete the new Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts and put your old one back, renaming it to "The Sims 3" (or the equivalent in your language if it's different) so the game can read it properly.
