I was able to access the Sims 3 directly after I bought the game. At some point, it was no longer showing in the Origin library, though the expansion packs do. When I try to reinstall the Sims 3 base game, it tells me that I have already used the code - which of course I have, but the redeemed game is not available to me. I've only ever had one account for origin, and all my 'the Sims 3' expansion packs are on said account, but unplayable.
I wanted to play it on a different computer, via origin. But clearly this isn't possible if I don't have the base game.
