For some reason when I launch The Sims 3 and go to Open Downloads Dashboard, the worlds Monte Vista and Hidden Springs do not appear. The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle was purchased on 07/17/2021, but the worlds are not appearing in my downloads. How do I fix this to work properly for EA PC Desktop? Will there be a fix for this in an EA PC Desktop update soon?

@Blue6864 Try downloading the worlds from their store pages:
https://store.thesims3.com/montevista.html?categoryId=12642
https://store.thesims3.com/hiddenSprings.html?categoryId=12642
You can also try downloading from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History). Either way, you'll be able to install them from the launcher's Downloads tab.
As for the EA App, I'm not sure this is even an issue with the app itself since the Downloads Dashboard is an in-game function that doesn't need to go through the app or Origin. (It works fine in disc and Steam installs when Origin isn't present.) But while the EA App is in beta and still adding functions, it's not clear that older games will ever be fully supported.
