The Sims 3, Supernatural Download Problem

I ordered The Sims 3 Supernatural through Origin and downloaded it from the internet. It shows up in Origin under My Games and when I click play a window pops up to copy the code to the clipboard. I do that and the Sims window pops up, but only shows I have the Sims pets downloaded. Is there a way I can redownload Supernatural?

Did you install supernatural at all or did it say play on Origin from the beginning ?

I am having the same problem, I just posted another question about it. I did install the expansion pack, but something went wrong at the end of the installation. I am using a macbook
