I want to report a bug linked to purchasing items in The Sims 3 Store. Recently I bought two items and to my surprise it took twice as much Simpoints to buy.
Then I realised my purchases have been doubled.
In that case I want to request a full refund in Simpoints for this. I'm really disappointed and I hope I will get professional help.

Actually I have a problem. I described my issue shortly and tried to start a live chat.
I was trying to contact support all day, 8 times I guess, and I still didn't get any response (chat hasn't began).
What should I do in that case? I'm getting nervous because of EA helpdesk quality, to be honest.

sometimes that can be a browser issue try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox in some cases if using chrome it seems to go in some sort of as i call it stupid mode i.e. it seems to say wait time is X amount but never seems to go through/connect
