The Sims 3 Starter Pack

Hi, I bought the Sims 3 Starter Pack and when i put it into my disk drive it spins but nothing ever pops up. I've tried doing the auto run things from the start menu. Nothing is working Help?! I have a Dell that is about 9-10 years old. It runs World of Warcraft so i am confused as to why it will not download.

I would suggest that you rather download your games:  

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download
