The Sims 3 Starter Pack wont install

Okayy soo I just bought the sims 3 starter pack and when I put it in the only thing that pops up is the window in the upper right hand corner that's asking me what I want to do with the disk and then after that the shield wizard pops up but its blank and doesn't show anything and then it just disappears and then the window that tells me to install the sims pops up but when I press install nothing happens....please help.

@Kween_moni this is a disc? 

Try downloading it digitally: 

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

Yes it is a disc and it worked thnxx and its giving me a little trouble sometimes when I click it nothing happens
