The Sims 3 Showtime serial code issue

I recently purchased through origin the SIMS 3 Showtime and it doesn't seem I have been sent the correct serial No. The number sent is missing a block of numbers and seems to be for the origin-al beats 500 stereo download included in the package. Could I possibly be sent the correct serial for the game?

Check on the origin client.

Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin

@trev76767 Could you please provide more details? How did you originally buy this pack? Did you previously have it installed on another computer? Does it show up in your Origin library, under More > Expansion Packs? What you need to do will depend on the answers.
