The Sims 3 Showtime is not on my Origin Account

I pre-ordered The Sims 3 Showtime in March of 2012, I believe, and it is not on my Origin Account. I have it installed on my computer as of right now, but I was wanting to uninstall my games. I can't uninstall it now because I don't want to lose it and never be able to install it again. Also I did go and look at my Origin Order History and I see where I purchased it on 03-07-2012. Please help!

Make sure you choose show all on Origin. Sometimes games get hidden by accident.

 

If it still not shows, get in touch with a customer support game advisor

  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
