I just purchased The Sims 3 Seasons and The Sims 3 Supernatural digital download from Origin.com when I wanted the physical version because it is a gift. The objects are not coming up on my order history on Origin after I bought them or on my online bank account. I downloaded Origin to see if the games worked and for each game it says the promotional code has already been used when I have not used them yet. I am trying to exchange these games for the physical copies but cannot seem to get ahold of any customer service representatives from Origin or EA and I don't know what to do. Someone please help! Thanks!

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
