I pre-ordered The Sims 3: Seasons Limited Edition from Origin back in August. I was supposed to receive the Origin exclusive shark costume & Bee costume along with the ice lounge that comes with the limited edition. I received my game in the mail on time and was able to get the ice lounge set as well. However, I have yet to receive an email for the bonus shark & bee costumes that I was supposed to get by pre-ordering my game from Origin. I emailed them on release day explaining this to them but I haven't heard any response yet.

Did you register your game at the sims3.com yet ? You might need to do that to trigger the Origin mail.
If that does not help, Customer Support are the only one that can help you. Try Live Chat.

Thank you so much. Yep I registered my game. I tried live chat as you suggested & they quickly resolved this for me. I have the costumes now. Thanks again. I really appreciate it. mileyvery-happy:

Choose US at the bottom
Then choose
You should then see chat all the way at the bottom. It might not be availble all the time though. It's open during US business hours only.
