The Sims 3 Registration Code "Invalid"

I lost my key code but on my sims 3 website i registered the game.. how do i get the code back to register it to origins and download it. i have my disk but i lost my key code. i registered it at the sims 3 store before it was lost. i really would like to download my game. i mean i did pay for it ya know. thank you so much.

If not, you need to contact customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
