The Sims 3 Pets Serial Number

I bought the game at ea.com/dk/ for PC download, and I have downloaded it received an e-mail with the serial number, but when I try to register my game, it say that my serial number I invalid. Since the first time I tried to type it in, and register my Sims 3 Pets, it has said that my code was invalid. What can I do to register my product?

The better would be to contact EA support in this matter. You can contact them using this link http://help.ea.com/contact-us

Either they will provide you a replacement code or will register your game manually for you.
