Hello-- can't seem to install my newly purchased expansion pack. The error states

Possible to DL a .exe for Windows 8 for the particular expansion pack?

Monte Vista is a world that is downloaded from the TS3 Store or your purchase history. What happens when you go to your purchase history and click download? The launcher should open to accept the download.
