The Sims 3 Master Suite installed in Origin but not on computer?

I bought and downloaded the Master Suite Stuff expansion pack on my Mac last night. In Origin, it shows that the game is installed but none of the items load when I play my game. I checked The Sims 3 application folder, and Master Suite Stuff does not appear in that folder. I can't figure out how to fix it so that I can reinstall it in Origin. Thank you!

Seems a common issue on Macs

I would suggest a clean reinstall following instructions here: http://bluebellflora.wordpress.com/the-sims-3-on-a-mac/how-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-and-reinstall-on-...

It's the only solution that seems to help.
