The Sims 3 - Island Paradise

I ordered the game on 6-27, I tried to check on it's delivery status but there is no order history in my account file. Why? Shouldn't it say I have an order and when I purchased this game. I tried to track my order and it takes me back to my e-mail. When can I expect my game to arrive?

I would call your bank or credit card company and see if you were charged for the game. If you were then call whoever you ordered the game through and ask them when you should be receiving it because it is sounding like maybe the order didn't go all the way through when you made it and that's why you can't find any info on it. that's happened to me before thought I finished the order and then it wasn't here when it should have been and come to find out it never went through to begin with.
