The Sims 3 - I can't download the pattern maker

hi, from the sims 3 website I managed to download the create world but I can't download the pattern one in any way, my antivirus blocks it and if I try to take it back it doesn't give me the possibility to download it in any way, could it be related to the fact that it is very old software?

how can I solve this problem?

@_wxhell__  Try a different browser; I just downloaded the CAP tool using Firefox without any issues.  Here's the direct download link in case it helps:

Both my antivirus and PC block it, they say it has malware

@_wxhell__  It's not malware, it's just an executable, as in, a file that can execute code.  Some simple or low-end antivirus programs will flag any .exe they don't recognize.  You should have the option to allow the download anyway.  Or if not, download it on a different computer and transfer it to yours.
