The Sims 3 Dragon Valley Installation problems

The sims 3 dragon valley wont show up in game. I have downloaded from sims store following instructions after buying disk and I have the celticlands which shows up in the launch menue which i click and install into game however it wont stay installed. I click to look at the new world but dragon valley does not show up. Also when downloading it into game it shows as object not world in the launch menu.

@shadowwolfblood  Is your computer a pc or mac? Where did you buy your packs?

Its a windows 10 dell pc. The pack i got off of ebay because they dont sell sims 3 where i live

@shadowwolfblood  I recommend contacting the vendor you bought DV from. There may be an issue with the code.

Thanks but the code works it just doesn't download to the game. It's downloaded completely to the launcher
