I tried to register my game but the code in the case from the store only has four parts of the code and not five for the boxes and when I try to enter the four-part code it says it is wrong why????

  • Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
  • Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
  • Click on Redeem a Code
  • Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
  • Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

OR

 

  1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
  2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
  3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
  4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

I had issues with Dragon Valley not showing on my game launcher. I spent over an hour trying to figure out to get the game back. You helped immensely! Thank you

Right now I'm trying to redeem my code for Dragon Valley. But it keeps telling me that it has already been used. When I try and redeem it from the installation side, it throws an error before telling me it is already used. And when I try and redeem it from the site side it tells me that it is already used as well. Please help! Frown

@CSyde65  If the code has been used before, it can't be registered a second time, even in the same account.  Please clear your browser cache (or use a private window, or a different browser), login to the store site again, go to the Dragon Valley product page, and see whether you can in fact download it:

If you can, then it's already registered, and you have nothing to worry about.  Otherwise, please contact EA customer support for help.  Support is on limited hours right now due to the current situation, with phone calls entirely unavailable, and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.
