@floatbox90  Try turning off your antivirus/firewall temporarily, just long enough to see whether the game downloads.  If it does, you can set exceptions for Origin.exe and TS3.exe.

 

It may also help to clear Origin's cache, or even uninstall it "the hard way" and reinstall.

If these steps don't help, please run a dxdiag and attach the results to a post here.  That will provide information on a lot of other potential issues all at once.
