The Sim 4

I downloaded sims 4 create a demo and it worked fine. I got my preorder and it will not install. Please help!!

Are you experiencing any error messages when you try to install the game? If so, please list it here in full.

Generally speaking, there are a couple of things you can try, as highlighted here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/Info-Sims-4-Download-amp-Installation-amp-Startup-issues/td-p/34...

I would start with: 

• Firewall and/or Antivirus are blocking the connection --> Add an exception for the Origin Client
• Turn off any proxies in your internet settings
• Make sure that you run Origin as administrator
• Check that you do not have any programs running that my cause conflict with Origin

Thanks I finally got it to work. I have a glitch in the game where the babies are like alien looking. Their arms and eyes be all stretched out. Is it my computer? I just installed the update today , will that fix it or ?
