The Activation Require wont let me play my sims 4

I opened up my sims 4, but I had to login in origin, so I logged in. When I logged in it told me that a activation is required. I clicked activate game it told me that I need the sims 4 code I put the code in and it told me to confirm it i did and it told me that this code has already been redeemed.

What do I do pls help me I LOVE THE SIMS 4❤😢

@lailalou11  Did the game ever work or is this a first time install? You need to login to the same account you must have used before. Once you activate this game to an Origin account that activation is locked to that account.
