So apparently, if you place a tabletop TV onto the Superior Mission Foyer table, it floats. I've tested this with every tabletop TV available in the game. They all float. No cheats, no mods, no CC installed. They always float. This does not seem to be an issue with other tables, though I confess I have not tested every tabletop TV with every occasional and end table in the game. It's not a game-breaking problem, but it's sort of annoying. I've included 3 example screenshots.
It's an issue with the TV slot:
It needs lowering so it's sitting on the surface properly. Good find!
