TS4 updating past 100% [ Edited ]

I uninstalled Origin before Christmas, and haven't played TS4 since then, so I guess I've missed quite a few updates.

I reinstalled Origin today, logged in, and TS4 started to update. After about 4 hours downloading, it's currently at 353% complete, and earlier was at 390% complete. It says it has many millions of hours left to go. Any idea what's going on? Is this a known bug with Origin?

 (ETA: Uninstalling and reinstalling Origin does not help. It's at 333% now.)

I left it running overnight and at some point it fixed itself.

Quit the update and try repairing the game.
