TS4 and TS3 Loading and Launching Problems [ Edited ]

My TS4 game won't launch and when I try to I get an error message. I've taken all my custom content and mods out but it still won't launch? My TS3 game also crashes when I try to load up a save. I also get notifications from Windows Defender that it's blocking the exe files of TS4 and TS3? from Can anyone help me with this? Thank you

You need to enable access to restricted folders in Windows Defender for both games.
