THERE WAS AN ERROR DURING STARTUP. PLEASE SEE THE LOG FOR MORE DETAILS

I've recently attempted to re-download my sims 3 games, but every time I update my game (so I can download seasons) this message pops up: "There was an error during startup. Please see log for more information". I've tried everything. Deleting every game and reinstalling them. Deleting the DDCache file. Opened them and updated via Origin, but NOTHING works. This is driving me insane. What a waste of money if I'll never be able to play the games. If you have any suggestions please, please tell me.
