THE SIMS 4 WILL NOT INSTALL

Hello,

I have bought the sims 4 today from retail, as soon as I got home I put disc 1 in the drive and pressed auto run, I logged in to origin and put in the redeem code. It then said it couldn't install at this time so I took the disk out and restarted my computer. I have restarted origin and have tried to enter the code again. but now it is saying that the redeem code is already used, Please help! I noticed that the game says ENGLISH US, but my origin is set on ENGLISH GB.
