Stuck on loading screen after snowy escape

Just downloaded Snowy Escape last night and was able to play, but today I get on and the game opens to main menu, but once I click play I'm stuck on the loading screen. I've been trying for an hour to figure this out and every time I try i'm stuck for over 10 mins. I've tried removing my mods, saving and creating new sims 4 folder and I'm not sure what else to do. Help????

@lexilexilexiii  Have you installed today's update?  If not, please do so now.

If you've already installed it, or doing so doesn't help, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and click Repair.  If that alone doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again.

@puzzlezaddict How do you install the update because I cannot figure out how to.

@EmilyPuppyluver  What version number does your game have?  Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen.  Please list the full version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
